Beautiful Winter Decoration

We have already showed you several decoupage designs the last few weeks, 
so the technique is the same as before:

Apply some white paint on the wood, so the colors of the napkin remain visible.
Leave the sides in it's natural wood.
Let dry and apply a layer op decoupage glue.
Peel the top layer of the napkin, place the napkin on the glue and let dry.
With a sanding oval you can sand the napkin to the shape of the wooden disc.
Apply a layer of glue or varnish over the napkin for extra protection. 
If you wish to use it outdoors: make sure to cover everything (so also the back)
with varnish.
As extra option you can add some rusty bells, made with Rusty Paper.
