How do you make the wooden board decorated with the Snowmen napkin? 

Paint a square wooden board completely white. 

Glue a napkin on the board using the decoupage technique. 

You can give the snowmen a 3D effect by putting some clay under the napkin. 

Paint a light blue background with acrylic paint, mix the paint with quite some water and apply a thin layer. 

Also paint a little over the napkin so that it blends nicely into each other. 

Top it all off with some twigs, moss and Eis-Effect.

How do you make the mood light? 

Tear the image out of the napkin so that no straight lines are visible. 

Glue the napkin behind the glass, let it dry. 

Then sponge the entire inside white with Pebeo Porcelaine paint. 

Finally, you can place a cord with a battery light in it. 

You can also place a =decorated glass saucer on the bowl so that it can put outside.
