Water-Based Ink - Cold Steel

Cosmic Shimmer Water-Based Ink is a highly pigmented, water-reactive dye ink for paper crafts, mixed media, journaling, card making, scrapbooking and other creative techniques. The ink can be used straight from the bottle for rich, vibrant colour, or diluted with water to create soft washes, transparent layers and subtle colour blends.

The integrated pipette dropper makes it easy to apply, mix or dilute the ink with control. With approximately 29 ml of ink, it is ideal for techniques such as colour washing, misting, layering, stencilling and brushwork. A versatile creative ink for projects where colour, depth and playful effects are important.
