Decorate your pendant for plants
Decorate a plant hanger using a wood burner.
Also decorate the pendant at the bottom, so that it gives a nice effect when you hang it and view it from below.
How to
1. Trace the shape of a monstera leaf with a pencil on the bottom of the wooden hanger.
We have different templates that you could also use for this.
2. Use the wood burner and trace all the pencil lines on the blade. Take your time and use a fine tip.
Sketch some veins in the top for a loose effect.
Do not forget!: Are you going to switch points? Let the wood burner cool down first! Otherwise, the inside of the wood burner will be damaged (see video).
3. Paint everything around the top brown with acrylic paint. Elly used Burnt Umber from Jo Sonja's for this.
4. Decorate the edge with different wood burn tips.
