PRODUCT INFORMATION FINE ART RESIN 1,5 KG, 2 COMPONENTS
Fine Art Resin is a two-component, solvent-free, colorless epoxy casting resin system. It is very fluid for the finest contours, self-deaerating (depending on the shape). Fine Art Resin cures crystal clear and high gloss and is temperature resistant up to 70 °C.

HANDLING:
Use the mixing ratio (parts by weight) of 2 parts resin (A) and 1 part curing agent (B), e.g., 100 g resin (component A) and 50 g curing agent (component B), and thoroughly mix (i.e., without streaks, approx. 3 min.) in a clean container.

During processing of the resin, components A and B become a clear, hard plastic. During this process heat is generated, i.e. the maximum casting height per working cycle should not be exceeded!

It should also be noted that mixed residues should not simply be left in the mixing vessel (high heat development) - but poured out if necessary.

Mixing ratio (parts by weight): A : B  2 : 1
Processing time (at 20° C): Approx. 60 min.
Max. casting height per casting process: Approx. 1 cm If thicker layers are desired, they must be cast in several process steps.
Curing time (at 20° C): Removable from the mold after approx. 24 - 36 hours - depending on the layer thickness;
Through hardened (at 20° C): after 7 days. Lower temperatures extend processing and curing times, high temperatures shorten them.

Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Harmful toaquatic life with long lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out ofreach of children. Do not breathe vapours or spray. Wear protective gloves / protective clothing / eye protection / faceprotection. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately allcontaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER / doctor. Store lockedup. Dispose of contents / container to an approved waste disposal facility.
